30 Day Asian Drama Challenge Day 30: A Drama You Never Get Tired Of?

Ugly Duckling Series: “Perfect Match” (2015)

I finally made it to the last post for the 30-Day Asian Drama Challenge. And for this question, I’m going to pick a Thai drama entitled, Ugly Duckling Series: “Perfect Match.”

This series is divided up into four love stories. I watched one other story from this series, but I didn’t find it as entertaining as “Perfect Match” which I watched several times.

Junita aka Junior (Worranit Thawornwongs) does plastic surgery on her face after her friends called her fat. After doing the surgery, she got an allergic reaction to the chemicals which causes her face to be filled with acne. People started making fun of her and her friends and family purposely avoid her. She decides to attend a college in the countryside because there’s a nearby doctor that can treat her face. At her new school, she befriends a poor but optimistic and humorous guy, Suea (Put Puttichai).

I’m not gonna go into so much detail about this drama because I will most likely write about it in the near future. However, if you like sweet romances, this drama is one you should check out.
