30-Day Asian Drama Challenge Day 15: Your Favorite Actor?
I have a lot. So it’s a tough decision because I can’t rank all of them. They all have their pros and cons. For this post, I’ll just mention one.
Mario Maurer. He’s a Thai actor and I first saw him in the movie, A Crazy Little Thing Called Love.

A Crazy Little Thing Called Love (2010)
Directed By: Puttipong Pormsaka Na-Sakonnakorn & Wasin Pokpong
Nam (Pimchanok Lerwisetpibol)is a dorky, unattractive girl that has a secret crush on the popular guy, Shone (Mario Maurer). Despite her appearance, she tries her best to make him notice her.
If I had to recommend a foreign romantic comedy, it would be this one. It’s so cute and adorable that it will make any shoujo and young adult fiction fan swoon.

THANK YOU for recommending thai shows. I really want to broaden my horizons, but the one Thai show was some cliche, love hate cooking show that was terrible.

Lol no problem. I really hope to watch a lot more southeast Asian dramas, but the only streaming outlet I know of is Viki.

Right? And they mainly put out kdramas. Not bad, but I’d rather watch shows from all asian countries instead of kdrama after kdrama….

Same here! It’s also tough finding Japanese dramas unless they are the popular ones.

Oh man, they are. They only seem to watch the recent stuff and nothing before like 2009.
