30-Day Asian Drama Challenge Day 14: What Drama Are You Currently Watching?

I have three dramas that I’m currently watching and are on hold because I have so much homework. 😦

Cinderella and the Four Knights (2016)

Directed By: Kwon Hyuk-Chan

It’s a combination of the Cinderella story and Boys Over Flowers—a poor girl becomes the object of affection for four princely men. At the moment, I’m suffering from second lead syndrome even though that guy is a real jerk.

Uncontrollably Fond (2016)

Directed By: Park Hyun-suk & Cha Young-hoon

When they were young, Shin Joon-young and No Eul were a couple but were separated due to unfortunate circumstances. Now adults, Shin Joon-young is a hot-headed actor/singer while No Eul is a pitiable documentary producer. The two end up working on a documentary project together, where Shin Joon-young plans to win back No Eul’s heart.

I’m not a fan of Bae Suzy’s dramas, but I think this one is pretty good. She has great chemistry with Kim Woo-bin, surprisingly.

Refresh Man (2016)

Directed By: Ke Zheng Ming & Hao Xin Xiang

I only need four more episodes of this drama, but school took over my daily life! 😦

Ji Wen Kai and Zhong Yu Tang are childhood friends. Yu Tang was the top of her class while Wen Kai was known as the hopeless, lazy student. After graduation, though, Wen Kai becomes the CEO of the company she works at.

I’m only watching this for Aaron Yan, and the soundtrack is pretty catchy too.
