Coffee Prince (2007)

Directed By: Lee Yoon-Jung

My first Korean drama was The 1st Shop Of Coffee Prince or Coffee Prince for short.

Choi Han-kyul (Gong Yoo) is a wealthy bachelor who doesn’t want to work in his family’s business. Instead, he wants to play around and live the single man’s life. Eventually, his grandmother threatens to take away his privileges, and as a result, he has to manage a cafe known as Coffee Prince. He gets close to a tomboyish girl, Go Eun-Chan (Yoon Eun-hye), pretending to be a man while working at Coffee Prince because the cafe only hires men.

Coffee Prince is one of the best gender bender dramas out there. So if you like Ouran High School Host Club or Princess Jellyfish, check this one out.

  1. Woa! Never heard of it before, and I love Ouran and genderbender a whole bunch! б(>ε<)∂
This one is easy, since I’ve only watched one (Kpop Star Audition isn’t a drama but a reality TV xD;) it was To the Beautiful You and I haven’t seen any other yet…which shame on me ༼ ༎ຶ ෴ ༎ຶ༽
Another one to the pile…you’re a drama enabler! (♥→o←♥)

And yes, Coffee Prince is one of the best gender bender shows I've seen.

I'm not sorry to be a drama enabler 😛
